Financial Counsellor - Mississauga & Windsor
We are currently looking for two experienced Estate Administrators. One of which will be based in our Mississauga office and the other will be based in our Windsor office. The role encompasses meeting with clients who are experiencing financial difficulties. Your role is to analyse their situation within the context of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and assist them in arriving at the best solution to meet their needs and also provide minimal assistance in the administration of their files.
A compassionate manner and creativity in developing solutions for people experiencing financial difficulty is essential. Prior experience in insolvency, a financial field or banking is a requisite. A vehicle is required. We will provide a full training program for the successful candidate. Herpers Chagani Gowling Inc. offers a very attractive salary and benefit package.

Insolvency Administrator - Hamilton
We are currently have an opening for an Insolvency Administrator for our Hamilton office.
This position involves various aspects of insolvency administration.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- Well organized with an attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with spreadsheet and word processing software
- Prior experience in the insolvency field is an asset but not necessary for the position.
